About Liquid Nutrition

With better absorption rates than solid-state vitamins, liquid nutrition is quickly becoming the standard for health maintenance. The liquid form allows the nutrients in these supplements to be assimilated into your body quicker and more easily. They require less work for your body as they are already in a broken down state. Liquid nutrients are a great option for children as well as for adults who cannot swallow solid vitamins.

I don't usually take a vitamin supplement, so I really needed the added boost! It's best taken on a full stomach (I take mine after breakfast) and it kept me energized and refreshed throughout the day. Read More...
