I started taking it because a friend is a distributor and thought it may help me with my Diabetes. In 6 months it hasn't really effected my blood sugar readings but I do have more energy and 'feel' better in general. I like that it's a liquid so I don't have to take a lot of pills. The cost is kind of high but I think I'll keep taking it for now.
