I have become very fond of this liquid multivitamin! I started to take it when I was too sluggish at the end of the work day to cook dinner! I have felt that since I am taking this vitamin, I have more energy. I take one teaspoon at night (half the dosage recommended) and one teaspoon at another time during the day. That way, I do not see the "extra" that my body can not absorb when I go "peeps". The flavor is acceptable alone, and I find it quite tasty when mixed with a small amount of orange juice.
