Can not get past the taste

I can not swallow pills, so I tried this product recommended by a sales associate. When I got home and tried it, just smelling it made me gag! After trying and trying I finally got the right amount down, but it took at least 20 minutes. Needless to say, I gave up and returned the product for chewables instead.
If you can not swallow pills, and there are no good chewable vitamins for you, this could be an option. However, I suggest looking around before trying this product to see if it is the only option.

If you are looking for a liquid multi-vitamin formula with minerals and price is a consideration, Vita-Quick from Twin-lab is the one to pick. Twin-lab does no wrong. I love their products. The liquid makes it so easy to take my vitamins and minerals.
