OK but VitaComplete is better

We used to take this as a family. However, we switched to VitaComplete when it came out. It is a far better product with more ingredients and not much more $$.
Highly recommended - tastes good too

As an avid supporter of Vitabase brand, my wife and I decided to try their Daily Multiple Liquid to me 2 months ago. We had been using a tablet based multivitamin product from another brand previously. We're sure glad we did!
When taking it alone, it tastes like a mix of green and sweetened tea. Since this comes as liquid, we just drip a spoonful into our morning coffee so we never forget to take it everyday. Our stomach has never been upset or noticed any side effects. In fact, we both feel much more vibrant every morning after taking this. Only negative is its high price (we paid $15 a bottle when they were on sale) but it's well worth the money. We highly recommend you try this!!
