Back in balance

I was looking for something to relieve how tired I had been feeling. A lot had been going on in my life and I was very stressed out. I tried to get extra sleep, eat better and even work out more often. But I couldn't get passed the afternoon hump. A friend recommended that I take minerals and that would do the trick. I bought this organic minerals and just after a few weeks of taking it I was back in balance. I didn't have bursts of energy but I didn't feel that tiredness anymore! Stress eats up our energy and the minerals puts our system back in balance. I would recommend it to all.
