My family really doesn't like breakfast and I know how unhealthy that is, so we started doing these smoothies for breakfast. It's great especially on the days we are running out of the house and "drinking breakfast" on the way to work or school. The chocolate powder is our favorite, but we experiment with the vanilla too so we don't get tired of any particular flavor. We whip it up in the blender with a plant based milk (soy, almond, rice, coconut) and add some frozen fruit (bananas, strawberries and blueberries are some of the favorites) to give it the smoothie consistency. Oh, and I usually add some ground flaxseed for extra omega-3. It's a very nutritious breakfast and I feel very confident that we are all starting our day off right.Good but expensive
I liked the juice taste of the product, but the price was just a bit too steep for me. I did see weight loss results from this though, and would still recommend it to others to try.Great Stuff
I have tried this product, and it actually has a good taste to it, unlike the other products that are out there. I am an avid gym person, so I like something to fill me up, and this does the trick. Also, you can add it to whatever you want--like your favorite fruit or yogurt.Juice Plus Complete

I have been using Juice Plus complete in my smoothies for over 3 years. I'm an athlete in college. JP complete really helps give me energy and my immune system has improved a lot. I don't get colds or other illnesses that many college students get. I mix it with berries and soy milk, plus a banana and the taste is great.
