Went through a whole bottle, seemed to help but haven't got lab test results yet. Reasonably priced at whole foods store [W.O.]. Thought taste was OK. This product has all the right things in it, BUT WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF THE CALCIUM? Can't get a clear / definitive answer from anyone, including the product's homepage. I would buy the product again if I could find the answer and was OK with it.
Good but not natural

I tried the product, because let's face it all women are suppose to bulk up on calcium to promote strong bones. It's a good source of Calcium and Magnesium. By the way, never take Calcium without Magnesium to help absorb the calcium or you will have bodily troubles and woes. This is a pretty good product to get these vitamins into your body. However, I prefer more natural/organic products. You never know what else they are putting in the liquid unless they make some kind of natural/organic guarantee.

I take this calcium and magnesium daily because my diet is not as good as it should be.
It doesn't taste very good, kind of has chalky taste and look to it but so does all the other liquid calcium products that I have tried.
This one is the best I have found and will stick with it. Hoping they will all start tasting better sometime in the future.
