I share these with my father since he has recommended them to me. I use them more as a preventative medicine more than anything. I have yet to suffer from most of the problems that it is known to aid, but I feel good taking them. I guess I will never know if they if fact helped me. Vitamins are always a good thing and you cant go without your daily dosage of Mens Optimal Vitamin Packs.

My boss takes these vitamin packs. He is 57 years old and has a wife, 3 kids and 2 jobs. He showed me the only way he can do anything and everything is when started taking this vitamin supplement because is a complete supporter for staying healthy!
Too much plastic!

Thinking it would be good for carrying in his racing pack, my mom bought these for my dad. The plastic packs of pills are extremely difficult to open, it would be smarter if the vitamins were smaller bags with resealable zippers. All in all, the actual vitamins weren't that good either in fact he couldn't tell any change. This made us try other vitamins and keep the Optimal Vitamin Packs where they get optimal performance, in the medicine cabinet.
