I have been taking Multi Vitamins for a bit more than 5 years. During that time I have tried a few different brands of Multi Vitamins. For the past two years I have chosen V/S Ultimate Man. I based that decision on the supplement facts.I count on those because I have not felt any difference on one multi vitamin vs. another. So I trust in my wife who lives an extremely healthy life and knows what almost every supplement and vitamin does; but more importantly she knows what I am suppose to have and what not to take. After I know if the supplement facts meet my needs I get that product. Before however I look at the supplement facts, I have to trust the name brand to be putting in what they say they are putting in their vitamins; and I trust the Vitamin Shoppe brand.
