Boron 3 mg
Boron appears to affect the metabolism of calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, and vitamin D. Preliminary research suggests that boron might affect bone and joint health, but little specific information is known. The most promising research with boron has linked supplementation to reduced loss of calcium in urine. This effect might lead to a lower risk of osteoporosis, but decreased loss of calcium from boron supplementation occurs mostly when people are not getting enough magnesium in their diets.

Boron 3 mg
My mother suffers from osteoporosis and due to the fact that it is usually hereditary, I have been in search of products to hopefully not have to go thru what she does. I have been taking this product for several months. I seem to feel fine and the price cannot be beat! My physician also said Boron is a very overlooked mineral that does help.
