I've always had a weak left wrist, making it difficult to lift weights. I used a brace, but eventually my wrist started hurting again. I figured my problem was calcium deficiency, so I took this product, and my wrist no longer hurts! I took it to school and added it into my water. It tastes great and doesn't slow you down! I'll keep using it, in order to avoid any problems in the future.

My dad is 83 and I got this for him. Because he is unable to swallow pills, I thought this would be a better and easier form for him to take. He said it has a very good flavor and he is more apt to take this regularly because of this. He didn't have any bad affects from this and he would recommend this to anyone who is looking for another form of calcium besides a pill.

This is great, great, great! It's delicious and sooo easy to get your calcium. Much easier than trying to get down the traditional gigantic calcium horse pill. Also, its easy to keep a few in your purse. I highly recommend!

Taking calcium is really easy since I discovered Cal-Mag fizz. I like that it contains citric acid which helps with the calcium absorption. It is really gentle on my stomach too.
