There are better products out there

I have been using this product for a while and I do not really like it. Firstly, if you do not like swallowing things that taste pretty bad, then this is not for you. You can always just add more water but there is a taste that is there and makes it pretty hard to swallow. I am calcium deficient and I see less of an effect with this product. When I am not getting enough calcium, it shows right away and I have had better results with calcium in the form of tablets and in the form of calcium chews. It is also sort of pricey. I would recommend taking another product just because they are easier to take, more effective, and slightly more budget friendly.
