I have been taking KAL Cal Citrate + daily for about 10 years. I love the product. It is a great calcium supplement and is in the citrate form which is the most digestable form of calcium. I find it very effective for my calcium requirements. I also take it before bed which seems to help me sleep better. It is in a tablet form but is thin and is very easy to swallow. It also contains vitamin D which is essential in the digestion and absoprtion for calcium. I am thankful to have found such a fantasic product to meet my daily calcium requirements. I give it 5 stars!
