Calcium is the key mineral needed to promote strong bones and prevent osteoporosis. Lots of people find it difficult to get enough calcium in their diets, and resort supplements to get their needed calcium intake. I purchased a package of OsteoMax by Nutraceutics two months ago and it has been a huge hit in my home. My children hate milk, so I give them a glass of OsteoMax and they get their needed calcium with no complaints. My wife and I also take it to help our bones stay strong and prevent osteoporosis. It tastes great and is a fairly good value. I will certainly be buying another package once we run out.
