My husband takes this due to having had brittle bones, but since he's been taking this, his bone density has greatly improved. We'd recommend this to anyone.

When I noticed how little calcium I was getting in my daily food, I wanted to take supplements to prevent bone loss and osteoporosis. I have read how important it is to have strong bones in middle life. My mom never liked milk and as she aged she lost a few inches through osteoporosis so I started taking Calcium Ascorbate, as I don't drink much milk either. I know I can't see the difference, but I do feel a difference....I feel like I am doing a good thing to my body for the future.

I chose to take this product because I knew Puritan's Pride was a dependable company. The price was comparable to other calcium products on the market. I use this in addition to my other vitamins to ensure as a woman I get enough calcium in my diet. There is no aftertaste with this product and the product is consistently of good quality. I am happy with this product and would recommend it to others.
