A great calcium supplement

My dentist recommend I take a calcium supplement due to fading in my teeth and the recent removal of my third molars. Since I don't drink milk regularly, I decided this was a good idea. After about a month with this stuff, I noticed the fading or streaks in my front teeth had mostly disappeared. The sockets where my wisdom teeth had been were also filled in, which I was told normally takes around 5-6 weeks. I think this is a great supplement for those who don't have calcium rich diets or are prone to bone breaks and teeth fading.

I know it seems a little high priced, but after you look at all the other ingredients that are included, it's actually a good deal. This has helped me to take fewer supplements and I'm all for that. I have to take care of my bones and this has proven one of the best calcium products I've used.
