Stronger nails

I began taking calcium because I don't drink a lot of milk. Shortly after taking a calcium supplement my nails grew stronger and my hair seems to be getting longer. I chose this product because the vitamin D helps my body to absorb the calcium.

I was given a bottle of GNLD's Chelated Cal-Mag with Vitamin D from my mother in law. The main reason I began taking this product is because my grandmother has Osteoporosis and I wanted to make sure that I was taking a supplement that will help aid in strong bones. Further, my family has a long history of heart disease and the mixture of Chelated Cal-Mag can help with cardiovascular health as well.
The best thing about the Chelated Cal-Mag from GNLD is that their formula's are specifically made for maximum absorption. Alot of vitamins and minerals include a lot of great stuff but the way they are compounded doesn't really allow your body to use the vitamins effectively. GNLD does just that and I'm glad to be taking the Cal-Mag with vitamin D because I know that my body is being able to use it properly. Great product!
