I had been looking for a vegetarian supplement for Calcium and thankfully I found out about this product. I've been taking it for over a month now and feel much safer about the future of my bones and general health. I always knew my diet needed more calcium, almost everyone does, and this was just the right thing.

For the vegetarian there really are not that many calcium supplements out there. This "Bone-Up" is an amazing supplement that is made just for vegetarians. It includes the same amount of calcium that other supplements have without one have to worry about it having animal products in it. I for one sleep better at night knowing that I'm not killing animals when I take my calcium supplement. Overall I give this a five out of five, because this really is an amazing product.

If you are contemplating purchasing a superior calcium supplement, Bone Up Vegetarian by Jarrow exceeds expectations. Devoid of animal products, one can be assured that the calcium source (calcium citrate) is a safe and easy way to maximize absorption levels. From my own personal experience, two years of use, with weight-bearing exercise, has held my osteoporosis in check. I believe in Bone Up as well as my two teen aged daughters.
