There is one thing that I like about buying this product: Calcium Citrate, and the magnesium citrate; You can count on the old fashion value that manufacturers used to based their product on. "The lasting effect".
As you buy them, you know that it is not rubbish and you can get your money's worth and the satisfaction that come's with it. It is like thinking about the real Mc Coy.
I can get a substitute at a store when I don't find the solgar brand, however, it is always missed when I am not using it.
