Good results

Being a type 2 diabetic I have been taking Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg by Solaray for almost a year now. It is easy to swallow and very economical. My doctor says it's been helping me to keep my blood glucose levels well within the normal range along with the prescription I also take. It sure beats having to have my prescription med dosage raised or having to take another prescription med with it. I don't know if everyone will get the same results, but it's worth a try.

I take one of these every day. They are easy to take, because it is a small tablet. Chromium is supposed to help when you are trying to lose weight. I have been taking it for months and I have not noticed an increase in metabolism, increased energy or loss of appetite.

Chromium is a wonderful supplement for most people. There are several members of my family with blood sugar problems, and we find that taking two chromium tablets a day can drastically improve our glucose, and therefore our moods, thought processes, and daily activities! Plus, it can really help people on diets, in conjunction with exercise, you can actually change your metabolism. Good stuff.
