I became extremely anemic after my pregnancy. I have tried an iron brand before this one and it didn't work. This product didn't work as well. I only took this brand for a week, because it made me feel dizzy. It didn't make me feel nauseated, just dizzy. So, I stopped taking this brand.

This is a great way to keep iron levels up which is essential for women since we lose iron every month. Its affordable and works well. I had low iron after having my youngest son and this supplement put me back in the right within a week.
