I bought this product because I heard that you should take it along with your calcium for improved bone density. An added benefit was the relief I got from restless leg syndrome that I have been experiencing for the last couple of years. I hesitate to take medication because of the side effects. This has made such a difference in my life. I sleep better too. I'm not sure if it's from the magnesium or the relief of the RLS, but it's an added bonus! I can find these easily and the price is much less than what I was paying for OTC medications for sleep.
