Works great for muscle pain

I use this product for muscle pain and tightness. I find that it helps a lot for fibromyalgia and the pain that goes along with it. I also found that this product helps with constipation. I was having a great deal of trouble with being constipated all the time and when I started magnesium complex this very rarely occurs now. I take it just before bed and it helps me to relax and get to sleep.
