Magnesium(30mg)

Good for the heart

I have been taking Magnesium for about 6 months now. I take a calcium supplement and the magnesium helps the calcium to be better absorbed by our bones. I also heard from a friend that it will help keep your heart healthy as your heart needs magnesium to help it function properly. I don't know for sure that it is working for me but I do seem to have a bit more energy and I noticed my pulse rate is less rapid then it used to be.

I started taking magnesium to help build bones and work with the calcuim I was already taking. Magnesium helps the calcium to work better. Since I started taking it however, I also have read that it is good for the heart and taking it can help avoid heart related problems. I'm glad I started taking this a couple of years ago, and I'd recommend it for both bone and heart health.


Good for the Heart

My boyfriend has mitral valve prolapse and Crohn's disease, and we read extensively on the benefits of adding magnesium into the diet. This is a very helpful supplement that I highly recommend to maintain heart health and other healthy aspects of the body. It's also good to take since many of us don't get the daily requirements of magnesium in our normal diets.


Weight loss/maintenance?

My best friend takes this every day, and swears by it as part of her weight loss plan. I don't know if it would work for me, but she's lost somewhere around 60 pounds and is keeping it off -- oh, and it came off in the right places, too. Darn her.

A good product. Magnesium supplementation can be an important part of nutrition for those involved in regular, intense weight training. This is a good product, especially when combined with Zinc pre-sleep
