I have had a lot of problems with stomach cramps that are very painful! I tried other magnesium tablets but they made me constipated. This product works very well. It's not expensive to use and I like that. I like that it's not integrated with calcium. I have used it for about 6 weeks and there really is a difference. I would buy this product again because it works and I trust Puritan pride.

I have been looking for a good magnesium supplement. This one doesn't have magnesium oxide. You don't want magnesium oxide because your body can only absorb 4% of it! You should be happy with this product by Source Naturals. Moreover, this product provides a spectrum of forms of potassium that are difficult to find in one potassium product.


Really Helps With Stomach Problems

My physician put me on this product because I have bad stomach problems. I get indigestion, pain, and have IBS. After using Magnesium, it reduced my symptoms greatly and makes life a lot more bearable. Puritans Pride is a great value as well.
