Good Stuff!

I take magnesium citrate for better absorption of my medications. I'm bipolar so I appreciate the calming effects. They aren't strong or anything. For me it took a week to start feeling anything different. Either way, it's for better absorption of nutrients and meds. I haven't had any side effects good or bad.
