No Results At All

I bought this product for my brother because he wanted to try out some products that would help him grow taller. Hearing that manganese helps in bone growth, I let him try it out. After a few weeks of using it, we saw no results whatsoever. He continues to exercise and eats healthy, but with this product, he just stayed the same. I do not recommend this product at all. There was no effect whatsoever.

I started taking these Solaray manganese capsules because I heard that manganese was a key factor in bone growth and figured they might stimulate something in that area. I have not grown any yet, so I suppose this is just a myth. I don't believe I'll be buying these again.
