I have multiple myeloma and suffer from wear and painful legs, especially the thigh area. Getting up in the morning was painful and I had a hard time walking normally. I started taking magnesium about a week ago and have notice a big improvement in my leg pains. It is not gone but 50% better. No side effects so far, taking 500mg per day. If you have muscle pain, this is worth a try. Let your doctor know what you are doing, but I doubt they would have any issue with it unless it conflicts with some medication you are taking. Give it a try, it is cheap and easy to find. I am not pushing any brand, but a well known name is Nature's Way but there are others. Good luck, I am sure it will help you. I suffer from migraines. I get a migraine at least once a month and headaches at least 3 times a week. I have taken nutrition classes and learned that magnesium helps blood vessels function properly. I also learned that people who suffer from migraines usually have a magnesium deficiency. So I decided to buy Nature's Way brand of magnesium because I have taken other supplements from Nature's Way and I now prefer that brand. Most importantly, I now only get migraines about once every 4 or so months, which is a huge improvement.Great Product
I bought this Magnesium Complex pills 3 months back. I am a household mom and have a lot of chores to do in the home.
At the end of the day, I am stuck with leg cramps. When I started using these pills, I could really feel the difference. After 1 week of using it, I felt like I didn't work at all. I am happily spending my quality time with my kids without worrying my cramps.

I had been having a very difficult time sleeping. Winding down after a stressful day seemed impossible and I was not able to relax. I have a benign arrhythmia so other over the counter "sleep aids" are contraindicated, as they actually increase heart rate. I have tried many, many prescription drugs for neuropathy in my legs, and they have bad side effects of drowsiness, memory loss, etc. I tried this magnesium, and within two weeks the pain decreased substantially, and I am able to sleep good at night. Best benefit is no side effects!
