Energy boost for vegetarians

This is definitely one of the better Iron pills which I have recently starting using. Being vegetarian I do not get my daily percent of iron in my diet and so, my nutrionist recommended this brand. I definitely see a change in my alertness and my energy. I use to have trouble waking up and felt fatigue at times until I regularly started taking this pill. It is also a bargain in terms of price per pill.

Several months after I had my baby, I felt depressed and tired all the time. My doctor said I was getting enough iron in my diet and that was why I was so tired. I tried this product, thinking it wouldn't work ,that I would need stronger medication. About a week after I started taking the iron, I felt 100x better. I took this product for 2 months before I started eating more foods that were rich in iron. I didn't even get to finish the bottle. It is well worth the price.
Good product

I took this as a supplement to my prenatal vitamins (which already contain iron) when I was pregnant, as I tested positive for anemia. I took these with food in the evening, and never had the stomachache side effects that many iron supplements leave behind.
May Enhance Mood

My mother swears that this supplement has given her emotional stability, enhanced her mood. While I did not see such drastic results, I have been taking this supplement, because I am a vegetarian and lack sufficient iron in my diet.
