Potassium Gluconate 99

Helps to keep my electrolytes in check!

I would give this supplement a grade of 5, but that would only be if I could get it in a higher mg. That is not possible without a prescription though. About 6 months ago I was rushed to the ER with chest, left arm, and upper back pain. I thought I was having a heart attack, but the doctor told me my potassium level was very low. I did some checking online and found out that low potassium/electrolytes could cause problems similar to mine, so I upped my potassium through supplementation. I now am taking three 99 mg tablets daily. It has helped me tremendously and I have not had any pains since. I will continue to take potassium on a daily basis.


A Good Product for Athletes

I take one pill daily along with Recoverite to help avoid cramps and soreness from my sports and workouts. I've definitely noticed an improvement over the last month of using this product. I stiff up less, which my teammates can attest to. I highly recommend this to those who don't get enough natural potassium.


Don't Need Cramps Anymore!

Cramps in your legs, and other muscle spasm's can hurt, I used to eat bananas for potassium. This is why I had the cramps according to my physician. as I was potassium deficient.
This product is much less than the price you pay for bananas. So I can virtually get what I need for less. I will continue to be a avid buyer of this GNC product.
