This product is a great way to get magnesium in multiple forms for the most bio-availability. The pills are smooth and medium sized, which makes them easy to swallow. My doctor recommended magnesium to me for multiple reasons: it helps relax tensed muscles in every part of the body, including the heart, so it is great for general health and muscle pain of all kinds.
