Good, but not for me (read why!)

My family takes vitamins and such together. We take multivitamins, etc. to ensure a healthy diet. While most multis can be bought with calcium supplemented, we decided to forgo those and have a seperate calcium supplement for one main reason - out of the four of us, only one is female. Most men actually don't need the same amount of iron supplements as women tend to, so we basically have this for my mom. She takes it daily to prevent osteoporosis later on in life. It's cheap and doesn't hurt, so it's pretty good!

Within minutes of the birth of my son, I experienced a tremendous loss of blood due to a postpartum hemorrhage. This was something I had never heard of before and I was not prepared to deal with. Since I lost close to half of my blood supply, I had become anemic and couldn't even stand up without feeling faint.
Any woman who has given birth knows how painful the recovery can be. When my doctor recommended this product to me I was concerned that constipation would be added to the long list of physical discomforts that I was already experiencing. Thankfully, that was not the case. Even though I took this supplement daily for about 3 months, I never once experienced any constipation.
I highly recommend this product. It worked wonders for my anemia and I was fully recovered after only a few short months!
Great iron supplement

When I was pregnant, I was anemic and the doctor prescribed me iron supplements.
After I had my baby, I continued taking iron supplement and chose Nature's sunshine. So far they have worked great. I always make sure I take my iron with orange juice for better absorption.
