I have been using Selenomax for 4+yrs now. I catch maybe 1 cold per year (and I have 2 small kids). This product is also good for fighting HSV-1 & 2. I have also read thet HIV+ people have experienced benifits with this product


Great for suppressing colds

By far the best product for avoiding common colds. I will usually be the last in my family to catch the cold that is going around the house. I've been taking Selenomax when my wife begins to feel symptoms of a cold, which is usually two weeks before I would eventually get the same cold. By taking Selenomx, I still felt very mild symptoms of the cold, but the sickness never took affect over my normal body functions. I would use this product again.
