I tried this after complaining to my doctor and she didn't do anything. I used it for about six weeks and the cramping eased up. I not only get leg cramps but I get them in my feet and in my abdomen. This seems to help a lot. I still get them but not as often or intense. I definitely will use this again. The price is ok, too.
