Vitality Mineral Complex with Calcium

It is a great product. I'm 47 and I'm taking it combined with Vitality for men since 2007. It is a great source of minerals for those who sometimes require mineral supplements.


Don't recommend

I don't recommend this product. I'm 54 and took it for years but stopped taking it when my bone density test showed I had osteopenia. This product needs more vitamin D added in order to absorb the calcium. I'm a member and I'm taking Citracal which works much better.

This is a pretty average product; not bad. The pills are the size you would expect. I've been taking it for 6 or more months without any problems. It makes it easy to get the calcium that my diet is missing. I'll continue to buy from this company, but if you aren't a member, the price is too high. You could find something that would work just as well for a lower price.
