TwinLab is great again

I do have certain brand names I trust and TwinLab is one of them. I have used so many supplement products of theirs over the years.
What I found in using this product, is that, while the main claims of the product are for stabilizing blood pressure and energy- most bodybuilders and athletes regularly depelte potassium levels (sweating and diluted levels after water consumption), this helps fight that. Also, Magnesium is vital for growth hormone triggers during sleep.
Personally, I combine this with my DHEA suplement, right before bed- when the metabolism slows and growth horone is produced in the body.
It works well for me, give it a try.
