Fossilized, above-sea coral is pure and hence has a higher calcium content (37% compared to 20 - 24% for most marine products). Thousands of years ago this coral was a thriving coral reef. Geologically, fossilized coral was pushed up above sea level, free from the ocean pollution of the industrial era. Only the pristine white coral heads are harvested. This harvesting process involves removal of the protective layer of soil that accumulated over the years, collecting the ancient coral, and trucking it away for grinding. Coral Calcium 1500mg is made from fossilized coral calcium.

Nescessary Part of Healthy Diet

Calcium is always good to take, though these are slightly on the expensive side, I have found that they are just what the doctor ordered. As I'm moving on in years, I was ordered by my doctor to take calcium tablets, and he recommended these as one of the best.

So one random day I thought I could use more calcium in my diet and so I tried this product out. I probably wouldn't buy them again because they're a little on the expensive side (and I personally don't feel I'm in great need of additional calcium right now) but I liked this supplement and would recommend it.
Stronger Bones

Stronger bones from calcium allows your body to withstand a lot more stress. Standing all day alone is bad for the bones in your feet because they have to take the pressure of your whole bodies weight. Using Coral Calcium relieved some of that by making my bones a little bit stronger.
In addition to Multi-Vitamin

Calcium supplements are sometimes overlooked because there is calcium in multivitamins. I recommend taking both; not only is calcium good for healthy bones, but muscle relaxation as well. I've been taking these supplements for a few months and am happy with my state of well being.
