Osteo Support contains everything you need to help support normal bone health, including 1200 mg of calcium, 200 IU of Vitamin D, and 200 mg of Ostivone. Ostivone is a relatively new raw ingredient that has been shown to increase the effectiveness of calcium supplements. Osteo Support also contains Soylife, which provides standardized levels of isoflavones. Soylife is the brand used in several studies that have shown these isoflavones to be effective in preventing osteoporosis.

I bought this product because of the science behind Ostivone. Vitabase explained it to me very patiently and I decided to give it a try. My doctor also was impressed with the research they sent me. I am waiting for my next bone density test, and expect good results.
