GNC Zinc

I've been taking Zinc for 5 years now and taking GNC Zinc for the last two. I had a previously used a variety of zinc products but now prefer the GNC brand. The coating on the GNC tablets is much denser and easier to swallow. Since taking Zinc, I've noticed less frequent colds and fast recovery times. Only negative I have is that Alzheimer’s and diabetes run in my family and patients with either should avoid taking zinc. At this point, I'll gladly continue to use GNC Zinc.
