"Just Enough" of Some GOOD STUFF!

I had my mom order me a bottle of these to try and we all really like them! I chose the Chelated because it is the form of zinc that is supossed to be best and most easily absorbed by our bodies. I chose the 10mg over other zincs of higher mgs. because you CAN take too much zinc too. Remember the saying "too much of a good thing"? Zinc is present in ALL of our body tissues and can be used to help many things. Personally, we FIRST tried it mostly for my teen daughter to help her clear up her skin, which, along with some other things, she believes it was helpful for. She read in a magazine that zinc was a "beauty" mineral and wanted to try it.
Later, I found a daily multivitamin,multimineral & herb that we all take now and it already contains 19mg of zinc in it, which is 127% RDA as it is, so we ONLY use this Puritan's Pride zinc supplement now, along with our other arsenal of supplement aids to help us kick an illness we feel coming on or such.
We all agreed that THIS zinc supplement in chelated form as well as the mgs is JUST ENOUGH of some really GOOD STUFF!
