Immune System Boost

I did a little research on how to boost my immune system during the winter months when I had a baby. We were suffering through a terrible flu season and it seemed like EVERYONE was sick. In order to stay healthy I started taking Zinc Picolinate. I went with the Puritan's Pride's version because it is a product I trust and it is a great price. I take this once a day during the flu and cold season to stay healthy. It has definitely kept me healthier! I have less colds! I have and will definitely purchase again!

This is a product that my brother-in-law takes daily. He has diabetes and also heart issues, so I would imagine that he feels his immune system could use the boosting. This is also the dosage that he takes.
