Chlorella
60% of the green, one-celled micro algae chlorella consist of high grade plant protein and contain
vitamins,
minerals,
trace elements and
secondary plant substances.
Chlorella’s extraordinarily high chlorophyll content, which gave it its name, is the reason that this Asian fresh water algae is so valuable as a food supplement.
In Japan chlorella has been used for years as a food supplement for people under lots of stress because it contains important nutrients in a naturally concentrated form.
IMPROVING THE BODY 'S IMMUNE SYSTEM
To help prevent colds, one can start taking chlorella as of mid-September and then continue to take 2 to 3 grams daily for 3 to 6 months.
ENJOY SPORTS
For sport competitions, we suggest that you take 5 to 10 grams of chlorella daily. During longer breaks, the dosage should be halved. For sport injuries, one should take at least 10 grams daily as a food supplement.
People who do sports in their free time should take 5 grams during periods when they are actively participating in sports. During other times, half the amount suffices.
