I like to take this occasionally because it feels invigorating. It tastes fresh and supposedly flushes out your system in a safe and herbal way. It definitely doesn't hurt to try it out.

I was having trouble digesting food about three years ago. I would experience a lot of indigestion and gas. My yoga teacher told me to drink chlorophyll and it really helped. The flavor is pleasant and you could even dilute in water and drink it that way. I wouldn't be without it.

I used this product in my dog's water as the advice of a health food shop owner, to be used as a mouth deodorant, and help her to avoid eating the grass in our neighborhood, which is filled with chemicals, pesticides, and fertilizers. It works great as a mouth deodorant, and we notice an enormous difference when we don't use it. She and our cats who drink from her bowl, all love the chlorophyll flavored water.
