Spectrum Coconut OIl

I have used about three jars of Spectrum Coconut Oil. It tastes wonderful. However, everything you cook it in also tastes like the coconut oil. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a coconut oil which has a very light taste and does not mask the taste of other foods being cooked. It is also very difficult to measure properly from the jar. Coconut is somewhat solid at room temperature, but does become liquid at much more than room temperature which leaves a mess when trying to measure. If you are looking for an alternative healthy oil, I suggest you use something besides coconut oil unless you do not mind the strong coconut taste to all of your food. I do not recommend using this particular brand of oil for cooking. However, if you are just taking the oil as a nutritional supplement, then I recommend taking Spectrum Coconut Oil as it is delicious!
