Worth the price

My husband and I like natural supplements rather then prescription meds so we have both been taking CoQ-10 for over a year. We like the way it is supposed to help circulation so with daily walking and taking this we seem to be doing well. I used to get cramping in my calves while sleeping but since taking this I am not bothered with cramping every night like I used to be. Now maybe I will get a cramp once every 2 weeks or so. The price is very good as you can get 4 months per bottle per person.

I started taking Co Q-10 several years ago after learning that it aids circulation. I really don't notice any difference in how I feel when taking it until I run out and am without it for a few days. When I am not taking this product, I seem to get short of breath easily and I experience occasional tightness in my chest. I recently switched to this brand because the price is much better than the product I was using.
