Kind of like an accessory...

This is definitely not a "must" supplement for anyone. I tried this several years ago when a representative for the company gave a sample bottle to the doctor I worked for. I was chosen to be the guinea pig and took it for 30 days. After reading the bottle, and a brochure the rep gave us, I was impressed and expected all kinds of great results. While it did help control my appetite, and made my hair and nails grow and strengthen, I did not continue to take it after the 30 days because it's just too expensive for the results you get.
