I started taking Colostrum after it was recommended to me by a friend. I did feel that my immune system was strengthened and I began to notice that I didn't catch every cold that went around after I started taking it. This brand is a good deal because they have a higher milligram count of Coloustrum in each capsule, plus they have added more BetaLipids then other brands.
