It doesn't taste great, but it does have a lot of nutrients in it. It wasn't badly priced when I got it so I tried it out. It doesn't taste great, but it gets the job done if you want some good nutrition.

This is not one of the better green powders out there. Like most greens, it does not taste great. The feeling is alright, but when you have the option of an organic formula, which delivers an even better feeling... what would you choose? I personally don't like greens mixed with whey. I find that the combination upsets my stomach. Also, it isn't suitable for vegans.
