My husband's nutrition is most important to keep his health on an even keel. He has type2 diabetes and must practice good health habits to avoid complications. He tries hard but doesn't always have time (or want to) eat right. He takes 2 of the easy to swallow tablets daily and we are more confident his nutritional needs are being met.
